    Not only we were overcharged for a service but have strong reason to believe they used underhand tactics to create more work for themselves - taking advantage of a recently bereaved family to boot. I resent even giving them one star. Avoid.

    PJT tried to charge us £500 for a service that is supposed to cost £180. Needless to say, we didn't pay it, but these people are rip-off merchants! Beware!
