Any Specialist Products or Services?Fantastic positive qualified teaching staff, teaching in the best equipped dance studios in Gloucestershire.
My children love going here for dance lessons.
John and Whanita run a great school. There is always time for a chat and advice and the teachers great. There is a good choice of dance styles and every student has the chance to shine in the very professional bi-annual show no matter what age or experience.
This is an excellent dance school where all are welcome. John, Whanita and the other teachers are never too busy to give advice or just to have a chat. The students all enjoy their classes and they present a wonderfully professional bi-annual show in which both teachers also participate.
Have been sending my daughter for the last 8 years, and can safely say that John and Whanita are more like family than my own family.
This dance school is excellent. John, Whanita and the other teachers are all so helpful, they are never too busy to give advice and guidance. The children all enjoy their classes and the bi-annual show is a specatacle to behold - so professional. If you need information or just want a chat, call in, you will be made welcome - and maybe even be made a cup of coffee!!!!
I lived in Cheltenham for 4 years and tried a couple of dance classes before finding DanceWorks. I must confess that I didn't last much longer than a couple of weeks at the others, yet at DanceWorks I enjoy classes regularly. DanceWorks is excellent for a number of reasons. Firstly, because it's possible to drop in and out of classes until you feel more comfortable with no expensive sign-up. However, once you feel part of the community there, class prices can be paid for on block, with discounts available. Alternatively, you can choose to go as often or as little as you like. Secondly, the atmosphere in all classes I've been to has always been great. I know that classes for those up to 18 are very popular, judging from the numbers that took part in their recent show. I'm a 30 year old female and attend street and tap classes. There are plenty younger and older, and more recently men have started to attend Sarah-Jane's street class on Wednesdays. Finally, and maybe most importantly, the quality of teaching at DanceWorks is great and I always leave with a smile on my face (if a little tired...)
