Steer well clear!

A close friend of mine is currently sat next to me crying due to this agent. She had agreed to rent a property through Northwood on Saturday. Was given the tenancy agreement to read and sign for Monday and when she offered the money to secure the property was told not to worry the property was hers and to drop the cash off first thing Monday, which she did. However on doing so was met at the door by the incredibly aggressive manager who then verbally attacked her in front of witnesses and then proceeded to threaten to remove her from the client list. I strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere and not to deal with these rogues. I work in sales & marketing and would never treat a prospective client with such disdain. I hope you are reading this Northwood and contact me to discuss further. You disgust me.
