Outstanding

I recently purchased an Antique Smoked Oak wood floor from the Solid Wood Flooring Company. They were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The price of the floorboards (in particular the Special Offers) is as cheap as you will find anywhere but they are also extremely high quality. The customer service was impeccable and their representatives could not have been more helpful. I was given a full, frank and accurate description of the products and services they offered; they went out of their way to speed up the delivery and deliver on the day we required; and they did not bat an eyelid when I completely changed my order once I'd paid (I decided I wanted a completely different type of wood). The floor fitter who they recommended for my area (London) was utterly efficient, professional, and has fitted me an amazing floor. Everyone has commented how great it looks. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. If you live in London, I recommend that you view their display at the Building Centre to see their samples.
