  When this Lady came into my place of work she did not say the stove was actually a range cooker, nor that the cooker was 15 years old. I was 5 years old then. She was rude and vindictive. We have lots of very happy customers. All of us as Sales Staff have, or are in the process of taking NVQ level 2 in Customer Service. We are proud to work here and regret that occasionally there are a few really unpleasant people around who wish to cause grief and spread it everywhere. Rich

  They are very poor indeed. We paid them £1500 for a range cooker and £750 for a flue liner. When our range broke down they firstly denied selling it to us. When presented with the receipt they simply said that they had never heard of the make of stove and 'don't do them any more'. They couldn't even give any advice as to who could repair it and we have spent two cold winter months without heating. They are very keen to sell you the stove, but if you need any repairs or spares forget it!
