  We recently had a garden room constructed by this company.It took longer to complete than anticipated as Tradeplas assured us that we would not need planning permission.however,this was not the case,so it took almost eleven months.there were numerous problems with the build as they could not get sufficient pitch on the roof without lowering the floor level so this meant we required steps going down into the building and consequently we lost floor space. As a result of this,we were also faced with increased cost. The French doors that were fitted were less than six feet in height and did not comply with building regulations. A series of mistakes followed and we began to lose confidence in Tradeplas. All of the mistakes were eating into Tradeplas profit margin and we were constantly asked to pay more or compromise on construction finish and materials. The final straw was the damage to newly installed oak flooring caused by wet cement. Tradeplas did know how to remedy this and were obviously not interested in trying. We elected to use our own resources to try and put this right and retained an agreed sum for this. Tradeplas are now refusing to supply a completion certificate or our 10 Year Guarantee!!

We provide a 10 Year guarantee with all our products so aslong as it is within the ten years, any problems will be resolved. Thank You.
