Unlike Ben C. I have found that this deli is excellent value for money in its marketplace. Service is always spot on and I take my grandson aged three there on a regular basis with no problem. House policy is lunch only between twelve and two if you wish to be seated outside, but this should not deter you from an experience I am sure you will enjoy. Best cappuccino in Cheltenham!

Describes itself as an authentic italian deli. In reality little more than a cramped sandwich shop and cafe: it is expensive and offers limited choice - with one four-foot counter only, it is hardly a delicatessen. The biggest gripe is their appalling customer service and attitude to children. On our last visit - and I promise it will be our last - we were turned away (with two tired toddlers) having been quizzed on how much we were going to spend?! I strongly recommend that you don't waste your time and money by going there. Terrible.
