Over-priced and with no customer service
This is easily the most memorable hotel I have stayed at - for all the wrong reasons. It's outrageously expensive - £150 for a really small room and miniscule bathroom, both of which hadn't been cleaned properly. And if you aren't happy the people who run it don't care at all and won't even respond to your complaints. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place - I still feel ripped-off!
