failure to call out
I was recommended to Playley, unfortunately I phoned over a weekend and spoke to the plumber, unfortunately he doesn't communicate with the office. They were unappologetic about leaving me without heating over christmas, have suggested the first week in January! Unfortunately,don't know what their work is like.
