Re refunds & returns

Is this a new policy, as I had reason to make a return last year & found Dawn's very accomodating, there products are of very good quality & there staff very knowledgable.

NO RETURNS and NO REFUNDS

Cutomers of Dawn Nurseries should be aware that this company operate a very sneaky policy of NO RETURNS and NO REFUNDS. This means that should you have a problem with a purchase they will not give you a REFUND nor will they accept a RETURN. When you enter the premises there is no signs to this effect. In fact you will only find out once you have a problem. Unfortunately by this stage it is too late. Organisations like DAWN NURSERIES should be boycotted.
