Many people do not realise that they have 24 months manufacturers warranty on their Nokia handset. Mobile phones, like other devices, fail from time to time. Nokia have always looked after their customers. There are many Nokia Care Points across the UK. You can just take your phone there and they will take care of the rest, free of charge, provided the fault is covered by the warranty. Do not listen to what your network operator is saying. You are entitled to full 24 month warranty!!! Important notes:The warranty will only cover you for manufacturing faults. The warranty will not cover accidental damage, such as cracked screens or liquid damage if the handset gets wet. These handsets should be recycled.
