Took money after 4 weeks still no oil. Cancelled order and took nearly as long to refund. No info and very difficult to get to the truth of whats happening. I can go on and on, but its not worth the hassle, please avoid this company it's a disgrace to the oil buisness.

disgraceful

where do i start and how can a company infurriate e on so many levels, 1, took money after 2 weeks still no oil 2, cancelled order and after 30 days still no refund, 3, have yet to speak to a truthful advisor, 4, i can go on and on, but its not woth the hassle, please avoid this company it's a disgraceful to the buisness world IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD THEY DONT DESERVE ANY

Awful company

Total Butler claim to be 'reliable, efficient and trustworthy' but my experience is they don't deliver as promised, their staff do not have accurate delivery information and they don't call back with information as agreed. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.
